The foundation of my work is my advanced training (over 1000 hours) in Hellerwork Structural Integration (Hellerwork SI). This is deep-tissue work that addresses structural balance and includes resist-and-release techniques that re-educate long-held dysfunctional patterns of movement. I also emphasize the use of Orthopedic Massage for manipulation and movement of soft tissues to resolve pain and dysfunction, and Neuro-Muscular Reprogramming (NMR) which involves muscle testing so I can more accurately access the issues and body response.
